Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s how we’ll make it right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- In original packaging where applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Opened travel kits or accessories
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@not-stationary.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for returning
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind or sizing: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Wrong or defective item received: We will cover return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and reflect the refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colorway? We’re happy to help with exchanges on eligible items, subject to availability. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@not-stationary.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no stress, no hassle.
